- Book hasn't arrived? Most books arrive within the hour. Check your spam folder first, then email us with the delivery address you used — we'll resend or regenerate it.
- Something wrong in the book? Tell us what you noticed (a screenshot helps) and we'll make it right.
- Photo privacy question? The short answer: one-time use, then deleted, never for AI training. Details on our Privacy page.
- Refunds? See Terms & Refunds — because books are custom-made, we fix rather than refund, but we always make it right.
