What you're buying

SeeYou Story sells personalized digital children's books. Every order includes a personalized PDF book, an EPUB version, coloring pages, and reflection questions, delivered by email. No physical book is shipped. You may print your book for personal use.

Your license

Your book is created just for your family. You own your copy and may read, print, and share it privately. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, or use it to create competing products. The underlying stories, illustrations style, and SeeYou Story brand remain our intellectual property.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information — the book is generated from exactly what you enter, including the spelling of your child's name and your dedication text.
• Only upload a photo if you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
• Use a valid email address you can access — that's where your book goes.

Refund & replacement policy

Because every book is custom-generated for your child, orders can't be returned the way a physical product can. Here's how we handle problems instead:

• Book never arrived: contact us and we'll resend or regenerate it at no cost.
• Error on our side (wrong language, generation problem, corrupted file): we'll regenerate your book at no cost.
• Typo you made (name spelling, dedication text): contact us — we'll do our best to regenerate with the correction.
• Not satisfied with the result: tell us what feels wrong. If we can't make it right with a regeneration, we'll work out a fair resolution, which may include a refund.

SeeYou Story illustrations are created with AI illustration technology guided by our art direction. Each book is unique, and small artistic variations between pages are part of the handmade-feeling charm. If something in your book looks genuinely wrong, we'll regenerate it — see the policy above.
